Hit the enemy boss 150 times while avoiding 3 hits of damage.  You can use your fully invincible dash and double jump to avoid damage.  The enemy only does damage while attacking (it doesn't have constant passive contact damage), so as long as the enemy is idle or otherwise not currently attacking you can safely touch them.

When the enemy assumes the form of a red fist, their attacks can be parried with a melee torch strike, leaving them exposed!

some menus are only operable via mouse because I couldn't be bothered to fix it lol
